Your username is not case sensitive while your password is case sensitive, and your initial password is usually all lower case. Our process is to provide your username in an email with a subject "MeSH - Your Account is Setup" and your password was communicated verbally with your sales person (as email is not secure). You can however change your password after you login via the "Change Password" menu option.

If you know your username, but not your password, you can either have a temporary complex one emailed to you by selecting the "Password Recovery" option on the bottom left of our home page (Default Question:Dog=spot). However, this password is a 14-character mix of special characters, letters and numbers, so you will want to immediately use the "Change Password" after you login. The other option is to contact us via phone or email with your username, and we will call you back (for security) at the phone number that is on your account.

Trouble Connecting?

First check your Internet connection to other websites. Please go to a website outside your company like http://www.yahoo.com and see if you you receive updated content (e.g., the website shows you the correct day and time.) If you do receive updated content, then the problem has been narrowed to between your PC and our website.

If you cannot connect to our site, but can connect to an outside site, please Contact Us. You might also want to check with your system administrator and ask if there have been any changes in a "proxy" which might be preventing you from accessing a site. Some system administrators will make changes that deny access to some sites that require login and require you to notify them of your need to access our site.

You also may want to reboot your PC. Occasionaly, PCs can run into trouble with network connections and this can be reconciled with a reboot. If this is required frequently, you should contact your system administrator.

Trouble Viewing Our Site

Our site is best viewed using a screen resolution of 1024*768, using a "medium" text size, and accessed via Internet Explorer. However, it was built with a flexible design that enables it to still perform well using other browsers, screen resolutions and text sizes.
